Hun Sen further stressed that for passengers arriving by air in Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap must undergo mandatory PCR tests and while waiting for the results, can stay at home (for locals) and for tourists, visitors or businessman, at a hotel while or hotel while waiting the results.

He added that after receiving a negative test result, all travelers to Cambodia can travel freely throughout the country, regardless of region or province. Khmer Times
